2007/2008 Editorial Calendar

December 2007 – Winter Wonderland: With the cold weather of December comes Christmas. Belle… wants to know your Christmas and winter traditions. Do you go skiing, take a family trip, have a party, or just celebrate the season?

Deadline: Nov. 1st

January 2008 - A Whole New Year: Have you kept your new years resolution? What is your resolution for next year? Do you have tips on keeping them? Tell Belle… your stories of holding true to your resolution and how it has changed your life. Are you vowing to try something new this year? A new food, a new job, a new vacation spot, a new exercise…? We want to know.

Deadline: Dec. 1st

February 2008 – Wedding Belles: February is the month of love and Belle… wants you to share your wedding experiences. Do you have some dos and don’ts, etiquette tips, gift ideas (bridal party, guest favors, marriage couple, etc.), budget tips, etc? Do you have an inspirational or humorous story about your wedding or meeting the in-laws? Have the trends and styles changed (pictures are welcome)? Bridal showers, weddings, and honeymoon, we want to hear about yours!

March 2008 – Home Sweet Home: How have you made your house a home? Do you have any tips on buying a new home, renovating your home or how not to get bored with your house after living there for years? Spring is also upon us and spring-cleaning is important. Belle… wants to know how you clean and organize not only your home, but also your life and job as well.

April 2008 - The Real Life Of…: Have you ever wondered what someone’s day is like in another profession than yours? Do you have a unique job you would like to share with Belle…? What makes your job the best place to work?

Deadline: March 1st

May 2008 – Shape It Up! What is your motivation for staying healthy and fit? Share your summer workouts, how you got into shape, how did you get there, what motivated you, what workouts work the best for you, etc. Has your family gotten active together?

June 2008 –Money Honey! How do you save, invest, and spend your money? Have you saved your money well or made a mistake and learned from it? Have you planned a wedding without spending a fortune? Share your stories and tips with Belle…

July 2008 - Relax and Rejuvenate: Making Some “Me” Time - Every woman has a way they relax and recharge. Belle… wants to know your personal tactic. Is it a spa visit, do you have a calming corner you visit around town, do you exercise, is it mediation, do you read a good book, or is yours totally out of the ordinary? How do you surpass stress on a daily basis?

August 2008 – The Little Ones: Our children are the future. Belle… wants to know your techniques and tips on behavior, health, play, etc. when it comes to your children. How has having children changed your life? Do you have an inspiring, humorous, or informational story you would like to share?

September 2008 - Going Green: It is becoming ever important to be aware of the environment around you. Belle… wants to know how you have taken action in conserving water and energy in your home and any other way you are making your life “green.” Tips, stories, and ideas.
