What …. Belle… is a monthly publication that serves the Upstate of South Carolina.  September 2007 marks the beginning of Belle’s… fourth year. Belle… strives to involve every aspect of its community, featuring boutiques, salons, specialty stores, and much more.  Belle… also loves to include women in the community, highlighting an outstanding woman from the Upstate in each issue.  Our articles are informative and entertaining, always keeping you coming back for more.  Belle… is very fashionable and strives to always keep our readers up to date on the new trends.  The Upstate’s art community is very rich and Belle... features a different women artist each month.  Recipes, books, jokes, events, and weekend getaways can also be found in each issue.  The Upstate is growing in leaps and bounds and with Belle’s… “Talk of the Town” feature, highlighting different businesses in the area, it helps you get to know those behind the scenes.

When …. In May of 2004, Belle… was only an idea at the dinner table.  It quickly became a reality when Belle’s… first issue was published in September of 2004.  In January of 2006 we made the decision to change the format of the magazine from a large newspaper print to a smaller magazine size, printed on glossy paper.  This has been one of the best decisions made yet.  Our advertisers love the new look as well as our readers.  The glossy print has definitely proven to be eye-catching. 

Where … We are currently located in the heart of downtown Spartanburg where we serve the Upstate of South Carolina.  Our advertising and distribution ranges from Tryon to Greenville and our readership range is very wide as well.
